2022 Grad School Admission Results: Real Offers and Profiles

Updated 2026/10/16

Jason’s Memo

If you have no idea where to apply, start with past applicants’ records. Compare their backgrounds and test scores with yours to see where you stand.

  • How it’s organized: records are grouped first by field (business, STEM, humanities and social sciences, art), then by region. Use search or the table of contents to find a school.
  • Each record: name, undergraduate school and major, GPA, TOEFL/IELTS, GMAT/GRE, plus internship, research and extracurricular experience.
  • Look for the asterisk: the same student may appear under several programs. A (*) after the name marks the school they finally chose.

I once wrote about the most overlooked factor in study-abroad applications. One part of it is the track record: past applicants’ results. Looking at their backgrounds, test scores, and internship or work experience helps you see where you fit. Many people have no idea how to position themselves or plan their school selection strategy, and agencies now charge just for a consultation. To collect past Taiwanese applicants’ master’s and PhD results more efficiently, I posted a form on social media asking for offers and background details (GPA, IELTS/TOEFL, GRE/GMAT…) for future applicants to use. Thank you to everyone who filled it out. This data gives the next cohort a much better reference point.

Table of Contents

Format, how to search, and how to use the data

Records are grouped first by field (business, STEM, humanities and social sciences, art), then by the school’s region. Use search or the table of contents to find the schools you plan to apply to!

Sample record: name, undergraduate school + major, GPA, TOEFL/IELTS, GMAT/GRE; internship/project/research experience; extracurricular/club experience

The same student’s background may appear on the admit lists of several programs, but an asterisk (*) after the name marks the school that student finally chose!

Jason’s Takeaway

Many people have no idea how to choose schools, and asking an agency costs money. So I sent out a form to collect past applicants’ admission results and backgrounds as a reference for the next cohort.

Jason, admitted to Columbia Business School’s MBA at 22 and founder of OfferLand.cc

Next step: Search for the schools you want to apply to, then compare the admitted students’ GPA and language scores with your own.
