感謝信在求職和求學中扮演的角色

在求職或求學的道路上，我們需要把握每一次機會去展現自己，而感謝信是一種簡單而有效的方式去向他人表達我們的感謝之意，同時把握面試後的「最後一次機會」去補充說明跟增加好印象。

一封好的感謝信不僅可以讓你錦上添花，甚至能讓你力挽狂瀾！感謝信不只是「走流程」，如果想要讓它發揮作用，最重要的是建立 Personal Connection、重申你的志向及把握最後的機會彌補面試的小錯誤！

面試官看過的感謝信非常多，基本上一眼就能辨別你的感謝信是「套模板」還是「用心寫的」！如果想留下印象，需要用心把這個連接搞好，在面試後思考面試官所分享的內容，並將你的個人經歷和目標連結到面試細節和面試官的言論上。

內容撰寫重點＆用意

感謝信除了表達你對面試官的感謝以外，還可以分享你在面試過程中所學到的寶貴經驗，並強調你對該機會的渴望和打算如何運用它來實現你的目標。除此之外，還可以提及面試中沒有回答好的問題，或是你們交流的細節，特別是當時你覺得聊的特別好，讓面試官很 Impressive 的話題～

要記得具體地擴展內容，但同時也要記得保持簡短和切題！從說明你的經驗和技能如何在該校發光發熱、貢獻、通過該校成長等等以增強您對該組織的興趣、通過面試後你再次確認自己跟該組織的契合度！內容不用太長，足夠讓面試官回想你的表現、表達感謝、認真投入、積極進取即可！

感謝信不僅僅是一個禮貌的舉動，更是一個可以展示積極態度跟補充說明的機會。好的內容更可以讓你在眾多優秀的候選人中脫穎而出，並向面試官展示了你的獨特價值和潛力。
